Therapy
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have an expertise in navigating systems. These systems exist within families, couples, workplaces, friend groups, church communities and beyond. Navigating systems can be a very complex task when considering the complexity of each individual person.
Therapy with individuals, families and couples allows me to join with my clients and see the world from their perspective. I can then assess the impact of each person's biology, upbringing, life experiences, values, goals, strengths and areas of growth. In partnership, we can zoom into these areas and determine what is serving you well and you want to keep and what has been a disservice to you and you want to discard it and learn new .
Wellness Programming
Holistic Wellness Programs are tailored to the desired experience.
Serving young people and adults, Wellness can take any form.
Our collaborative of providers range from Juicing, Trauma Informed Yoga, Meditation and cooking (Soul Food), Art-Like Therapy etc.
Services available for young people and adults in the form of Groups and businesses/ schools in the form of EAP Services.
Employment Assistance Program Contract Positions
What better way to foster wellness than to have financial freedom? Life Curation is committed to providing professional opportunities to provisionally licensed therapist, new therapist, therapist looking for additional hours/side work and those too busy to open a private practice.
EAP Contract Positions are the answer!
Life Curation has a well- established EAP contract and recruits therapist to fulfill the requirements.

Scalable Wellness EAP for Agency or School
Innovative Healing Services are offered to any targeted population (employees, students, homeless youth, athletes, students with IEP's) for a monthly base rate ranging from $14-$40 a month per person. Smaller groups (minimum 100 people) pay $40 per person per month, larger groups (101 persons or more) pay $14 per person a month.
Level of participation determines number of 'free' services allotted per person.
Healing Services include Psychotherapy, A.R.T for Trauma (short-, Trauma Informed Yoga, Art Inspired Therapy, Meditation, Fitness and Juicing, Self Defense and more.
Most options are available in group format to expand reach.
Payment
Self-pay (weekly, biweekly, monthly sessions for affordability), EAP, HSA/FSA, Out-Of-Network Reimbursement accepted at this time for both Therapy and Life Coaching services.

Missed appointments with less than 24 hour notice will be billed at full rate (exception Medical Assistance).
