Life Curation, PLLC  is a  dream realized. One that I didn't have the steam to pursue for many years.  I've always wanted to work for a place that my children could come to after school. Now, I work from home while my babies nap and I feel beyond blessed to be able to do so. I come from a strong stock of women. Hard workers, housekeepers in fact on both sides, so I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty. 

Literally, because of them, I am.

I have always been different, always existed on a tangent. At this stage of my life, I have embraced it. I know I won't think, act or feel like anyone else. I'm not afraid or embarrassed of the woman I am anymore. I admire the shit out of her. It's hard to keep up with her, but I am my best self when we are aligned.

Life Curation, PLLC is a an opportunity to strip yourself down to the studs. Honestly and intentionally redesign your mind, body, soul, spirit, space and your day to day experiences from within. All in whatever fashion you see fit.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by training. But, not everyone needs that. Some people need to be heard and need a gentle push, not a diagnosis. Some people need accountability. Some people need a life makeover because let's be real, ish can go left without you even realizing it.

The combination of my education, experience as a co-owner of a construction company ( random right), difficult life experiences (ACES kid), traumatic pregnancies, traumatic birth, separations, divorce), empathy, unconditional positive regard, and endless positivity, I know that our work together can get you where you want to be.
