Life Curation is a group practice and we have a current contract of Spring Health.  In  2023, we completed an average of 170 Spring Health appointments monthly , all virtual. Below are important facts about working with us. Licensed Therapist needed as well a Supervisors to supervise provisional licensees as well.

1. SpringHealth is a EAP and group practice.
2. 6-8ish EAP sessions are typical for one of their clients.
3. After EAP sessions are complete,  Spring Health begins to bill client insurance.
4. Springhealth continues to pay the same rate.
5. Springhealth provides onboarding and credentialing. Both takes about 30 days.
6. Group practices get higher rates than individual practices typically.  Rate negotiable.
7. Life Curation has been with Spring Health contract for over 1 year.
8. Invoices are due 1st of the month,  contractors are paid last day of the month. Life Curation is able to provide advances on a case by case basis.
9. There is a Minneapolis and St. Paul office available for in person appts.
10. Missed appts without 24 hour notices are still paid for, same rate. Insurance does NOT do this.  This helps offset the rate as well.
11. 1099 contract position.

12. Create your own schedule. 

13. Pay negotiable.
